Carl Llewellyn rides Fanmail here and that usually means he thinks the horse has a good chance, so we will take a chance on him to score from Dragon Eye and Travel Guide. The selection has had the benefit of one racecourse appearance, when his trainer partnered him to run fifth of nine at Hereford in February, when sent off favourite. Llewellyn has not rushed him back to the racecourse and we assume by his appearance here that he is fully wound up and ready to run a big race. Dragon Eye has finished third in two bumpers so far and acts with cut, and he would not need to improve much to go closer still here. Travel Guide represents Jonjo O'Neill and A P McCoy rides this gelding who should be suited by this test and is related to winners. Watch the market for clues to his chance, and that of the others, but Fanmail is the selection.
