Verdict
With the slow ground a potential stumbling block for the Goldophin duo this contest can go to the lightly-weighted ZA ZA ZOOM. Barry Hills employs the services of lightweight jockey Jimmy Quinn today and he rides a filly who shaped well last time at Haydock, suggesting that she has trained on from two to three. Soft ground holds no fears at all and she looks worth a punt. The game old front-runner Welsh Emporer should last longer today with the shades back on, whilst Wannabe King rates a player on official ratings and he looked better than a handicapper a year ago. Ashram is the classiest in the race but he has a penalty to carry in ground likely to test his mettle.
