In depth

Verdict

Three of these have winning form between the flags. Of those, impressive Dromahane winner Bourbon Borderline is preferred to Thegallantway and Avoid De Master. Welsh Saint is well related and improved on his Bangor debut when second at Doncaster but doesn’t appear to have a lot of scope. MAITREE EXPRESS is a half-brother to winning hurdler/chasers Jameson and All The Answers. Richard Johnson takes the ride for a stable that can get one ready at home and he will probably have more natural speed than the majority of these. Fellow newcomer Hostile is also worth a market check while The Swagman was an eye-catcher at Newbury and will know more today.
