In depth

Verdict

Juge Et Parti weakened quickly when failing to land the odds at Newcastle and has become expensive to follow but Diomede des Mottes should find this easier than the Grade 3 handicap he contested last time at Sandown. He’d been placed in decent maiden and novice hurdles before that but FINANCIAL OUTCOME appears to have the best recent form with a fourth at Newbury when he finished just ahead of a subsequent winner – he boasts a progressive profile under Rules. Checkitout showed promise at Chepstow and winning pointer Sunday Session is also one to note for future reference.
