Yo Pedro, Night Storm and Tyzack form our shortlist with Tyzack rated as a tentative selection. Tyzack continued his run of good all-weather form on the Turf last time and looks capable of running well again, even off topweight. Atlantic Quest has now dropped to a more-reasonable mark based on his best Turf of form of a couple of years ago and, indeed, his more recent all-weather form, while Pintle has yet to win over this far or from a mark this high. Yo Pedro has enough ability to go well, and might get a soft lead, so do not rule out, while, a former John Gosden inmate, Underscore's new connections were probably on a fact-finding mission with him last time and it would be no surprise to see him improve today. Based on his two runs so far for Richard Guest, the 77,000 guineas connections paid for Dakota Rain following his good maiden win, looks a touch on the steep side. Night Storm, who was down to run at Newmarket last night, has won four of her last seven races and still rates as a potential player today but Beltane cannot be fancied from out of the weights. All in all, then, the vote, once again, goes to Tyzack.
