Verdict
Sesmen is preferred to Whazzis and Elusive Flash in the feature race of the day. This filly has two big things in her favour this afternoon as she is dropped both in trip and grade. She contested a Group 1 race in France last time and although she was well beaten, she will find this much less competitive and she can get her head in front. Whazzis finished third in a Listed race at Epsom last time but the form is hard to evaluate as she raced alone on the stands' side rail that day. It will be interesting to see how she gets on today, especially as she has both the trip and ground to suit. Elusive Flash actually finished in front of the selection in a Group 3 at Newbury last time, but she did get the race run to suit that day and her overall form could leave her with a little to find. Siamese Cat finished behind Cliche last time and that form has since been let down so she looks worth taking on. We will therefore return to Sesmen who can land the prize.
