A weak fillies handicap in which Mimic is favoured ahead of Gentle Response and The Baroness. The Rae Guest team will be in good heart after Miss Anabaa's Group 3 victory on Sunday and this filly makes plenty of appeal now that she is switched back to her best trip of six furlongs. Gentle Response is yet to convince over six but put in a decent placed effort over five at Beverley last week. She is at least in good heart. The Baroness is owned by legendary gambler, Dave Nevison. It will be worth a look in the market to see if the owner has brought his wheelbarrow with him. Blakeshall Girl has shown little since a decent debut at Fakenham.
