Salute can land the opener at the expense of Perfect Storm and Black Mogul. The selection has been running well of late without getting his head in front. He did land a hat-trick during the winter and as a consequence the handicapper took note. We feel though it will only be a matter of time before gets back to winnning ways as he caught the eye when a close third at Nottingham last time out. Back in claiming company he surley has to be a live danger. Perfect Storm has not won for four years and as a result has become expensive to follow. He did run well enough when sixth of fifteen at Chepstow in a similar contest so is worth noting in the betting market. Black Mogul could run well as all his form has been in handicap company and with only ten runs under his belt he is relatively unexposed so could still be improving so is one to note. But for the winner we return to Salute.
