Star Choice would have claims on the form shown when chasing home Harlequinn Danseur at Brighton last month but Jeff Pearce's gelding was disappointing at Newmarket subsequently and he may struggle to give weight away all round here with a better bet looking to be CORAL SHORES, who gets the vote ahead of Carmela Maria. The last mentioned ran a lot better when running Sagunt close at Folkestone last week and any market support for her would be of interest being trained by Stuart Williams. Nick Vaughan's The Staffy is less exposed than most of these after just four starts but needs to improve on all known form to trouble the judge. Tevez ran better at Brighton last time and has claims but preference is for Coral Shores. Peter Hiatt's filly has shown improved form of late with a win here followed by placed efforts at Brighton and Bath on her next two starts and a reproduction of that sort of form may well suffice.
