In depth

Verdict

Box Builder is on a long losing sequence and cut little ice on his comeback on the Flat following a six-months break and may strugle under top weight on this occasion. Good Potential was a fairly impressive winner at Fontwell in March but is now 9lb higher and the ground may be too liveley while Three Eagles is another who would prefer easier conditions so Redouble may be able to take the honours. Rod Millman's charge showed improvement for the first-time blinkers when runner-up on fast ground at Exeter in March and can defy a subsequent rise of 2lb under Liam Cooper.
