ALLMANKIND is a half-brother to two useful hurdlers and won on the Flat for Michael Bell. He’s been lightly raced this year in decent company and should be too good for these if the obstacles don’t get in the way. Langholm has also switched stables but won twice at Beverley in the summer and should make a hurdler. Galahad Quest may need the experience while Motashakel never threatened when fourth at Kempton, though this stiffer track should suit. Gaia Vallis has looked moderate in two starts to date.
