The William Haggas-trained Five Years On has not been seen since disappointing on the all-weather in December and is probably best watched in a race where the vote goes to Rangoon, who is preferred to Olivander. The last mentioned has left Gerard Butler since a disappointing effort at Sandown when last seen in June and now has his first outing for Ralph Beckett. He could be interesting if rejuvenated by the change in stables. Fascination Street, who used to be trained in France, has only had two starts since joining the stable of Michael Jarvis but needs to improve. Bryn Palling's My Michelle looks the best of the remainder but in a race that should not take a great deal of winning Rangoon looks the one to be on. Amanda Perrett's colt has shown enough in similar contests to suggest that this should be well within his compass and is hard to oppose.
