Manoram can benefit from the step up in trip to score again, with Musally and Golfagent seen as the main dangers. Manoram was returning from a six-month break when getting the better of Lord Of The Hill in a tremendous battle at Worcester recently. He has been saved for the faster ground, and the extra trip will not be a problem. He goes equally well in a visor or the blinkers that he sports today, and is the one to beat again. Musally is not certain to be suited by today's distance after looking devoid of pace over further at Ludlow last time, and a bigger threat may be Golfagent despite topweight. The seven-year-old has struggled to recapture his earlier form but is another that will like the ground. Of the rest, any support for Die Fledermaus should be noted as he has been a credit to connections year by year. Absent since 2003, he will no doubt come on for the run, but will go on the fast ground. Manoram is much fitter though and should battle his way to victory again if required.
