Satindra won well enough in a similar contest at Towcester on Sunday but this is tougher now under a penalty for that success so he may be best watched in a race that is taken to go to FLORENTINO, who gets the vote with Mad Professor rated the pick of the remainder. The selection, successful in a novice hurdle at Kelso in January, has struggled in recent starts but the drop into this grade on this surface may help Chris Thornton's filly return to winning ways. Mean Machine has been well held in outings on the flat of late and would probably want faster ground so looks best watched, while Jamie Snowden's Crispian has given no sign of encouragement in two previous starts over hurdles. Mad Professor is a consistent performer in this grade but continues to find at least one too good and that may be the case again here with Florentino taken to beat him and the rest of the opposition.
