Comber Mill is two from two over hurdles here and showed promise on his chasing bow at Worcester last month before departing early on last time. Pink Eyed Pedro is steadily improving under Rules and warrants a mention but Smoking Dixie has a lot to prove now. MODELIGO pops up in races like this now and again and the going has turned in his favour. He’s not badly treated at present and Stan Sheppard is good value for his 3lb claim. North West Wind is preferred to Omega Springs of the others.
