In depth

Verdict

The Bay Birch opened her account over hurdles here in May but a big drop in distance on return from a break would be a concern. Toboggan's Fire likes give in the ground but is having a first run since February. Recent rain is a major worry for supporters of Worcester winners Stepover and Solstalla but it won’t bother LUCCA LADY, who can finally get her head in front having hit the crossbar on numerous occasions. Hermanus turned in a shocker when favourite at Cartmel last month and looks in the handicapper’s grip now.
