Sue Smith's Tomenoso is on a four-timer and should just about do it at the expense of Euro Bleu, Bolshoi Ballet and Quabmatic. Tomenoso has gone up 12lb in all during his winning run at Wetherby, Sedgefield and Carlise, but does still not look overburdened as he goes in search of the four-timer, and at the age of five, has plenty of time before going chasing which is the plan according to Harvey Smith. His main rival here is Euro Bleu who was just beaten over the track and trip by Haydens Field last time. A winner in testing conditions in France, he has a lot going for him. Bolshoi Ballet might need the outing but has a racing weight, while Quabmatic was cut short in his hat-trick bid when brought down at Exeter. This course and distance winner is going up the weights though and may struggle.
