In depth

Verdict

Hold Court fell when last seen over fences 18 months ago but has been in great form over hurdles lately. Surf And Turf is thrown in on his best form but has been well below that lately and his jumping often leaves much to be desired, though he finished ahead of No Likey at Stratford last month. Fayette County has become very disappointing while Saint Charles may lack experience for a race like this. GABRIAL THE GREAT is also a novice but definitely seems a smarter performer over the larger obstacles – he may be better treated than some on his handicap debut.
