Jonjo O'Neill's Mylo has had so many chances of late and is readily discounted in a contest that looks there for the taking by SIR MONTY, who looks the one to beat with the main danger rated as Nodanawink. Don McCain's gelding is less exposed than most of these after just four starts and he has to be respected with the yard in top form right now, although he does need to improve to trouble the selection. Dickie Valentine has shown little sign of ability in limited starts over timber and of more interest may be Frank Jordan's Jerry Lee, who has yet to win a race but has shown some promise and been placed on a couple of occasions. Lifes A Mystery is relatively lightly raced and has to be respected but a better bet looks to be Sir Monty from the in-form Peter Bowen stable. The eight-year-old was well held when last of four behind Backfromthecongo at Ffos Las last month but earlier form was useful and in a race that should not take much winning, he looks the most likely to come out on top.
