Tim Easterby is always a trainer to have on your side when he switches one from the Flat to the winter game and the Yorkshireman can strike here with Bollin Annabelle, who is preferred over Sister Cinnamon and Annakita, who are expected to fight it out as the best of the rest. The latter was modest on the level but showed that she may have a race within her in this sphere when not beaten far on her hurdles debut. However, the ground may be her undoing this afternoon and she appears to hold place claims at best. Hurdles debutante Sister Cinnamon is sure to have been well schooled and is respected as a live danger. She showed ability in bumpers last season but, as she makes her seasonal debut today and has her fitness to prove after an absence since last March, she may be best watched. Therefore, the task for Bollin Annabelle, although not straightforward, does not look as stiff as it could have been had some of the other five-day entries stood their ground. So this game daughter of Kings' Theatre is given a confident shout in the opener.
