Verdict

True Faith coped with softer ground at Wexford and confirmed the positive impression of his previous start at Limerick. That may go some way to explaining why Rachael Blackmore prefers him to Gateau De Miel despite the six-year-old’s performance at Downpatrick off the back of a significant absence. QUAKER ISLAND may be able to thwart the pair as he had competed at a fair level over hurdles and a recent sighter at Sligo should have put him spot on for today's chasing debut. Broken Ice won off a mark of 99 over hurdles while any market momentum behind Charles Byrnes’ One For Joe is ignored at your peril.
