No obvious standout in this maiden hurdle but HAMARTIA has fewer convictions than most and her runner-up effort at Kilbeggan reads well. Indeed, she's shown ability on all three starts and looks to be going the right way. She improved for the step-up in trip last time and therefore this additional quarter mile could well prove beneficial. Bynx is a contender on the best of her form but her last two runs have been chalk and cheese and her overall record is erratic. It's hard to know what to expect, so Dylan's Day is nominated as next best on the back of a far better effort last time at Wexford when beaten under a length and appearing unlucky in the run. Lucky Vic completes the shortlist as she's pretty solid at this level and Ned's Legacy has also shown sufficient to be of interest.
