JUST STANDEESE is preferred to Furze Hill despite the latter doing it nicely here last time. Ben Pollock's charge was wearing first time blinkers that day and clearly benefited from the change in headgear. It wasn't a great race though and the positive effect that a visor had on him wore off and there's a chance that the same could happen with blinkers. Just Standeese appeals as a likelier type to run his race having run to a consistent level of late. He hasn't done an awful lot wrong and may just need a little luck in order to score; he may get that here. Badger is not without claims, Twocute makes his debut for Tim Vaughan and needs to be watched in the market whilst Ballyaahbutt may find this tougher than the race he ran quite well in at Lingfield. Just Standeese is taken to step up to the mark.
