Sisterhood, Flutter Bye and Present Climate all represent yards that have won this prize recently but all have something to find with CHARMAINE WOOD who is preferred despite having to carry a penalty. Alan King's mare proved to be a useful performer in bumpers but may make up into a better hurdler if her debut over this course and distance is anything to go by. She does have to prove herself on this softer ground but she is related to a mare who relished testing conditions and the ground shouldn't be a problem. Flutter Bye was a shade disappointing on her reappearance given that she had finished just four lengths behind Carole's Legacy in March but that run may have put her spot on for this test and her yard continues to fire in the winners. Present Climate and Sisterhood have more to prove but both are from respected yards going well and cannot be written off yet and nor can Somerset Rose but White Moss is of more interest. She has attracted support on both starts and was in touch when falling last time and she could get into the shake-up if sorting out her hurdling. However, ready preference is for Charmaine Wood.
