Giorgio made all to win a beginners' chase over course and distance last month and is fancied to resume winning ways here at the main expense of Green Ideal and We'll Make It. The last mentioned looked to be in need of the run when weakening tamely from three out on his first outing for a year at Folkestone recently. He should come on for that spin but needs to if he is to trouble the selection. Ferdy Murphy has his string in good form at present so Green Ideal has to be respected but the son of Mark Of Esteem has had plenty of chances and he is probably best left out of calculations. Neither Auditor nor Does It Matter look good enough to play a part in the finish in a race which is taken to go to the Bridget Nicholls-trained Giorgio.
