Harry Collins may be the answer in a trappy affair, with Naunton Brook, Charlies Future and Latimer's Place all respected. Harry Collins has had a break since his unlucky effort at Fakenham in May when a blunder at the final fence cost him victory. He was only beaten narrowly at the finish, and hopefully can make amends here off what is a reasonable mark still. Naunton Brook is a very interesting contender, having been off the track for the best part of a year. He was strongly fancied when scoring at Worcester last October but went lame on his next start at Newcastle and has been given plenty of time to recover. He starts the season on a rating of 116 and should have plenty of improvement in the locker. Charlies Future won over a shorter trip here in March and also returns to the fray. With Tony McCoy in the plate he should go well, although again his fitness has to be taken on trust. Likewise Latimer's Place who took the scalp of Inca Trail in a novices' event at Folkestone when last seen in November and has plenty of weight on his return. Kelantan and Monita Des Bois merit respect as well, but Harry Collins gets the vote.
