Course specialist Tooke cannot be ignored despite operating at a lowly level, however we prefer CORNELIA who can lead home Raise You Five and the strong-traveller Low Delta. The selection is a course winner and Lucy Wadham's mare is potentially well-treated on a mark of 103. She has a record of going well fresh and with no ground worries she is taken to run a big race. Lennox Gardens should come on for a recent Fontwell effort behind Wise Men Say, form that looks solid in itself. The yard have had a winner recently and he looks a player. Low Delta tends to travel well in his races but Andy Haynes' runner needs producing at the right time and Peter Toole will have his mettle tested today. Scaramouche is edging slowly down the weights; connections may feel hard done by with just a 2lb drop in the weights for his latest run at Kempton. Louis Ludwig is an interesting contender on this first start in handicap grade, Raise You Five sprang a surprise at Fontwell last time but was given a peach of a ride and won nicely so a 7lb penalty may not be enough to stop another bold show, whilst The Hudnalls is a contender with Robert Thornton booked for the ride. Crouch End Flyer runs this track well but has stamina to prove, whilst this is a much tougher ask for Hareem than the race he won at Market Rasen last time out. Gouranga and Roseneath both need considering, however it is Cornelia who is preferred.
