Verdict
UNFORGETTABLE didn't live up to his name on debut for this yard but may fare better with that run under his belt and get the better of Leamington Lad and Folk Tune. He shouldn't have lacked for fitness at Huntingdon having raced the previous month but it may just take his new trainer a bit of time to get to know him and to do some more work on the schooling ground as his jumping wasn't all that it might have been. In fairness to him, the first two home that day have the potential to be useful and the experience should stand him in good stead. Leamington Lad has plenty of ability but he hasn't always convinced with his attitude on the track and he didn't appear to want to know on his chase bow at Worcester so the jury remains out. Folk Tune fared much better on his chase bow, finishing just outside the places at Sedgefield, and that performance puts him in the frame for this contest with improvement likely to be forthcoming. Singhalongtasveer is having just his second start for Evan Williams and needs to be considered but we're going to side with Unforgettable.
