Ruby Walsh had one booked ride at the fixture - Bothermenot in this finale. He was on board when made a bold bid to make all over shorter at Tramore and the winning point-to-pointer will be suited by the longer trip. BITSANDPIECES was well supported on his debut at Thurles in February and made a very pleasing start behind Goulane Chosen with the remainder in another parish. That should have brought him on sufficiently to go one better. Turnandgo is a major threat despite a moderate reappearance as his form in bumpers and over timber suggests there are races to be won with him. Winning point-to-pointer Silent Wish has never raced on anything other than soft ground while Duckweed, another winner between the flags, found 2m3f on the short side at Limerick and this is more like her trip.
