Verdict

On to the hurdles course for the last three races, the first of them a very moderate maiden in which MR PICOTEE may be good enough. He looked a possible winner when taking the lead at Punchestown in February but the testing ground caught him out and he faded from the last. Today's much quicker going can see him gain his first success. Lucky G made a reasonable start at Perth in 2013 when trained in the UK and has to be considered while Freedom Square and Touperia have both shown a bit of potential which may be enough in this grade. The four-year-old Free Scorpion can do best of the newcomers and wouldn't need to be anything special to make a winning start.
