A low-grade handicap in which few have obvious chances. Secret Sauce, from a yard going well, made a very encouraging handicap debut on heavy ground at Bellewstown and further progress will see him difficult to beat though he's up 4lb and doesn't have his rider's 3lb claim. SLANEY TIDE was in and out last campaign and was well beaten into fourth at Navan though she wasn't happy on the heavy ground and that looked a much better race than this so Jim Bolger's filly gets the nod. Timeless Piece makes her handicap debut after a reasonable effort at Cork while Notturno looks the type to do much better in his second season.
