Park Ranger is 10lb higher than when scoring at Fairyhouse in July but continues to give a good account of himself though he didn't look as though he was putting in all in when fourth at Leopardstown last month. MCTAGGART, who finished just behind, was showing his first sign of form for some time and is progressing well enough to lose his maiden tag here. Parlour has changed stables since landing the odds in a Galway maiden for Dermot Weld and the form hasn't worked out well. King's Bastion, Scary Movie and Mac Tiernan occupied the places in a one mile Dundalk handicap last month and there doesn't appear any particular reason why the positions should be reversed. Reggae Rock, a winning juvenile at Galway in 2009, is one to keep an eye on under Johnny Murtagh as his one run last season at the Curragh in October was encouraging.
