Tracy Waggott's Catterick winner Nufoudh was not disgraced off his new mark in a better race than this at York subsequently and has claims racing off the same mark today but a better bet looks to be KINGS POINT, who gets the verdict. The David Nicholls-trained gelding has slipped to a fair mark and ran his best race since early in the summer when a close third behind Postman in an amateur riders' event at Beverley last time so he looks worth siding with racing off a 2lb lower mark today. The winning run of Glenridding came to an end on the Polytrack at Wolverhampton last time and he may do better back on turf again having won his last two starts on grass. Amber Sunset and Commando Scott, who both won two outings ago, struggled off their new marks on their most recent start and now look too high in the weights for a race taken to go to Kings Point.
