        Verdict

        SHADY MCCOY had shown some potential at Redcar in May and was fancied to land a Hamilton maiden but few could have realised how easily he would have scored. He was never out of a canter and a mark of 72 look realistic for his handicap debut. Tatlisu battled to victory over 6f at Leicester and though subsequently beaten over today's trip there's no doubt she stayed and looks a threat. Penny Garcia has failed from her new mark after her Carlisle victory but Dusky Queen continues to run well and her turn can't be far off. Rich Forever found his form at Catterick and it wouldn't take much more to land this.
