Amis Reunis was a convincing winner of a handicap here in June off a mark of 46 and though she's failed to build on that performance, it would be no surprise to see Alan Berry's mare show improved form now she is tried off a light racing weight. Mark Loughnane's stable are in flying form at present so it would be folly to rule out Verus Delicia from landing her third victory of the campaign but she could find DARTRIX too good. Michael Dods' mare hasn't had a great deal of racing this season on account of her needing genuinely fast ground, but having obliged at this stage of the campaign last term, she should be capable of producing a big run here. Burren View Lady was well backed at Doncaster last week but more is required in this race. Charlemagne Diva won this race last season and Richard Guest's four-year-old takes her chance off a 6lb lower mark today.
