        Verdict

        The jumps season may still be on hold but that hasn’t stopped Paul Nicholls having winners in staying races on the Flat and RED FORCE ONE has solid claims in this. A three-times winner on the level, the five-year-old won over timber in the autumn and had a spin in a jumpers’ bumper at Wolverhampton in February when leading until well inside the final furlong. Cape Coast was a promising sort as a three-year-old but may need this. Sassie will likely to find this an insufficient test of stamina having won over 2m on her final start last year but Grandee was third over this trip at Newmarket and can race off the same mark. Groveman and Newcastle winner Gabrial The One can also figure in an open-looking handicap.
