In depth

Verdict

Several of these are bumper winners including Bentham, who completed a double in that sphere last summer. He didn't take to hurdling on testing ground and, providing the going doesn't alter dramatically, he should make a bold bid to lose his maiden tag over timber. Gallowglass hasn't been seen since easily landing a bumper here in May 2018 so has obviously had some issues but Jazz Toes comfortably landed a Clonmel bumper in September. JUBATUS was sent to Southwell for a bumper in September and duly obliged under Richard Johnson. She has a smart pedigree for jumping and can remain unbeaten. Filon D'Oudairies hasn't fulfilled his potential though his stable is in outstanding form so he can't be dismissed.
