      Verdict

      Eisteddfod, Beckermet and Lafi are three against the field in this conditions race and the vote is given to Eisteddfod. The selection has the highest bhb rating, goes well fresh and under conditions that suit he is taken to score with his yard in form. Beckermet rates the main danger as at least he has had a race this season which saw him finish third behind Paradise Isle. He is sure to have come on for the and should be closely watched in the market. Lafi is another that could go well on his best form but he tends to need a couple of runs before he hits form and for that reason he is opposed. Of the remainder Welsh Emperor will make a bold bid to make all the running but is better on even softer ground and with this in mind for the winner we return to Eisteddfod.
