Lastchancelucas got the better of Tax Free in a similar sprint here a fortnight ago with Oldjoesaid and Bronze Beau filling the remaining places. Declan Carroll's charge remains on a decent mark, despite a 4lb rise. Keep It Dark scored easily at Catterick last time but has been upped 9lb for his trouble while Six Wives was ending a long losing run when returning to the Fibresand at Southwell last week. Imperial Legend and Hoofalong are taking a drop in class though neither look particularly well handicapped and AMBITIOUS ICARUS is preferred. The latter was only beaten a head off today's mark in November and gets the nod with a recent pipe-opener at Ripon likely to have blown any cobwebs away.
