Pual Midgley sent out last year’s winner and runs two with PRESTBURY PARK preferred to Mr Orange. The former finished in front of Lucky Beggar when runner-up in a higher grade sprint at Doncaster last time and is taken to go one better. Scuzeme won nicely over track and trip last month but has been raised 8lb and Global Spirit is preferred with most of a 6lb rise for winning at Hamilton negated by an apprentice’s allowance. Katheefa has won three times on the all-weather this year and can race off a much lower mark back on Turf while Somewhere Secret is penalised for winning in heavy going at Haydock last week when Mutabaahy finished runner-up at the same meeting. Dandy's Beano and Musharrif have proven best over 5f so far and Red Pike hasn’t won since 2015.
