In depth

Verdict

A guessing game as those with experience were well beaten on debut whilst the market should help to sort out the newcomers. Of the first-timers, Heavens Open represents a powerful yard which has already produced a number of juvenile winners and Classy Moon was expensively purchased at the breeze-ups. GOOD NIGHT MR TOM was well supported on debut but didn't really get the run of the race and hopefully will be a different proposition with that run under his belt. Wafrah is intriguing as she has moved from Richard Hughes to David O'Meara after just one run. She was thought good enough to debut at Ascot and now has first-time cheekpieces applied.
