        Verdict

        A race at York last month may hold the key to this. In that, Savannah Beau finished just ahead of Uptight and OLIVIA FALLOW with Flicka's Boy and Bowson Fred among the also-rans. Paul Midgley's filly could be the pick of the weights today and also has the best of the draw. She's subsequently gone close at Ripon when Bowson Fred was behind again. Foreign Diplomat has struggled in handicaps since winning his maiden but Beau Eile wasn't far behind the selection at Chester in June and is better off at the weights.
