Just Observing has shown enough to suggest that he should be more than capable of opening his account here and is preferred to Crusader's Gold and Distinctly Jim, who rate the best of the opposition. The selection has shown improved form with each start, including when a close third over this trip at Folkestone last time and a reproduction of that effort should suffice. Pat Haslam's Key Of Luck gelding Lucky Bamblue looks the pick of the newcomers on pedigree and a market move for him would be of interest. Touch of Ivory has claims on the form of his second start but has disappointed since then and may be best watched now so a bigger threat is likely to come from Crusader's Gold, who has shown improved form of late. Distinctly Jim showed promise on his debut at Carlisle and is another to consider but the vote goes to Just Observing, who holds an obvious chance.
