      Verdict

      Moon At Midnight showed the benefit of two previous starts with a narrow victory at Folkestone but, along with Rosie's Result, looks up against it under his penalty. Whittle Warrior ran a race full of promise on his debut and lookd the likely winner until being worn down close home. Chris Fairhurst's charge is entitled to improve and must have every chance but the powerful Middleham yard of Mark Johnston may provide the answer in the shape of Ketan, a nicely bred son of Zilzal, who wouldn't have to be out of the ordinary to win at this level.
