Dorn Dancer gets the confident vote in this competitive handicap with The Nifty Fox and Charles Parnell rating the main dangers. The selection has been in good form of late and he was slightly unlucky in running when third behind Hart Of Gold last time out. He remains on a fair mark and looks a value bet in an open affair. The Nifty Fox rates the main danger on his latest fourth behind Blazing Heights. If he is fit after a 171-day absence he would have definite place claims. Charles Parnell is another that could go well as his stable are in form, but he gave the impression the handicapper had caught up with him when he raced off this mark last season and he is taken on with this in mind. Royal Envoy is fit and in form but he has yet to win over this distance, while Guto has won over course and distance in the past but has been done no favours by the draw. Tartatartufata is best when allowed to dominate but as there is plenty of pace in the race she looks vulnerable. The booking of Robert Winston for Dakota Rain catches the eye and he could go well at a price but for the winner we return to Dorn Dancer who looks sure to have the race run to suit.
