Another cracking renewal of the Hunt Cup here and as usual there is very little between the leading fancies but the main protagonists look to be Regal Parade, Collateral Damage and Extraterrestrial and the tentative nomination is given to Collateral Damage. The selection won well last time out when beating Capable Guest with a little in hand and although rising in the weights he looks progressive and under similar conditions here he is taken to win again. Regal Parade rates the main danger on his latest second behind Ansells Pride, especially as the useful P J MacDonald takes off a handy three pounds. Extraterrestrial was a fair second behind the well handicapped Transcend last time and is another that will not be far away from what looks a good draw. Rio Riva has conditions to suit but looks in the handicappers grip at present. Skhilling Spirit hails from a yard in form and could go well at a price but he often blows his chance by being slowly away. Scartozz could improve for the fitting of a first time tongue-tie while Capable Guest is better off with the selection but he still has a little to find. Collateral Damage looks progressive and is put forward as the pick.
