David Nicholls has a strong hand in this handicap saddling four of the 14 runners with the reappearing pair of Mujaadel and Keys of Cyprus, who both won on their final start of last term, looking the most interesting of the quartet although Adrian Nicholls takes the ride on Ra Junior and he too has to be respected but marginal preference in a competitive contest is for SUNNYSIDE TOM. The six-year-old is trained by Richard Fahey, who can do little wrong with is runners this term so lack of a recent run should not be a concern for the son of Danetime, who should appreciate the return to turf having disappointed on the Fibresand on his most recent outing in October and he looks worth siding with on his return. Kevin Ryan's Nightjar has been running creditably on the Fibresand this winter and has to be considered back on turf, while Reel Buddy Star seems a shade high in the weights at present. Tim Easterby's Game Lad stepped up from his reappearance run when a close third at Doncaster last time and he has every chance off a 1lb lower mark today. Ra Junior has run consistently well in all three starts this term and should be thereabouts again but preference is for Sunnyside Tom, who can make a winning return and provide Richard Fahey with another winner.
