    Verdict

Paul Nicholls sent out the winner of this 12 months ago and ERITAGE has his sights lowered having shown more promise on his second hurdles at Exeter than he had on debut at Wincanton. Fubar, placed three times in bumpers, has had wind surgery since a well-beaten third of four at Wincanton in May so may be capable of better. Points winner Look Alive could also improve for the switch to hurdles but Kerrkenny Gold was beaten out of sight on his debut over timber at Wetherby.
