Verdict

A modest handicap in which Uttoxeter runner-up Passing Dream, who has run well in both starts since returning from a break, has to go on the short-list. Delface is looking well treated if a recent wind op has had the desired effect. Vanderbilt ran poorly last time at Fakenham but has each-way claims on earlier form. Mead Vale had Silver Quay and Cool Macavity behind when successful over track and trip four weeks ago but is 6lb higher now. The lightly-raced TOUR DE PARIS dips a hoof into handicap company after just two runs over timber. His fourth at Fontwell was a step forward and most of the opposition are little better than platers.
