        Verdict

        COGNAC BLUE has found his form and won a claimer before going close again in this grade at Leicester at the end of October. Richard Fahey's colt gets the nod with an apprentice's 5lb allowance helping his cause. Valley Belle's earlier success came over 6f and she floundered over today's trip last time while it remains to be seen how well Budaiya Fort fares stepping up in distance after placing over 6f at Wolverhampton. Rajman ran well at Kempton earlier only to disappoint last time while the unexposed Pretty Eyes finished in front of Treasured Company when third on her handicap bow at Wolverhampton and has scope for further progress.
